If you like space craft and have 45 minutes to kill, this is well worth a watch. I am reasonably sure that if it wasn’t for engineers, we would still be living in caves and worshiping shiny objects.

We are still living in caves and worshiping shiny objects. Only real improvement has been shampoo. The stuff tastes great.
True, with the exception of Prell.
It was a paradigm shifting moment when they came out with that oatmeal shampoo in the 70’s. I find it works better in the bath than in the shower however.
Of course the bath, it’s like sitting in breakfast.
They still make Prell?!
An unintended consequence of that old school stuff is that it will be a boon to future archeologists. Millenia hence, they will be digging up mummified hair-dos set with an Aqua-net finish and interpreting our civilization through the lens of Bee-hives and back-combing.
“It’s a floor wax AND a desert topping!” Man…the 70’s had it goin’ on.
